Ocotillo del Mar, located beside the dunes of San Felipe, within walking distance of town, features 8 separate apartments - 6 of which can be rented for vacations or longer-term stays. Offering both 1-bedroom and studio-style apartments all with views of the pool. Outside you will find plenty of gathering spaces around the shared pool to play in together. Inside you will find kitchens, open living spaces, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms in each rental condo. Most will comfortably sleep 2 - 4 guests, while one will sleep up to 5 - or take-over the whole place and sleep up to 20. Offering wi-fi and views of the Sea of Cortez, it’s perfect for those guests who need to relax, but still get some work done while here. Singles, couples, and small families love it, while larger groups often ask to rent the whole place to keep everyone together, while still having some separation from each other. About a 4-minute drive or 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of the Malecon.

You get either a studio or 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring fully equipped kitchens and cozy beds, catering to singles, couples, and small families with various sleeping configurations. Offering great wifi so if you stay longer you can work comfortably from here or just relax on the beautiful patio and in the pool while taking in stunning sea views. All just a short walk from the beach and Malecon.
